Mrs. Jones and her nutrition class had an exciting day. The basil they grew from seed in our hydroponic gardens was finally ready to harvest! They will be using this first round to offer a variety of sandwiches to staff. The funds raised will go towards future projects for the class, the opportunity for students to taste test new products, and staff treats. We look forward to cooking new things and expanding the palates of students and staff! #FarmToTable #KnightsPride

Important Announcement! This is a reminder that senior portraits will be taken in the auditorium tomorrow, October 14th. One pose will be in the outfit of your choice. The other pose will be in a provided graduation gown. Please wear or bring a v-neck shirt, button up shirt, or black shirt to be worn under the graduation gown. Have your email ready for the photographer, as your proofs will be emailed directly. You will be able to order from that link. Underclassmen pictures will be taken Wednesday, October 15th in the auditorium. You can bring payment or order online at a later date. #KnightsPride

Our 2025 Tyler Consolidated High School HOBY ambassador, Lily Dillaman, presented to sophomore classes about her wonderful experiences at HOBY. She encouraged each of them to complete the application to attend the leadership conference this coming year! #KnightsPride

The Silver Knights baseball team served their community this weekend! It was a great turn out! #KnightsPride

Congratulations to the TCHS Band for an outstanding performance at the Black Walnut Festival field show competition held yesterday at Roane County High School. The band finished first in Class A, and third overall out of a field of 17 bands. Way to go on another strong performance, Knight Band. #KnightsPride

Today, for the first time ever, members of the class of 2026 got to enjoy lunch in the new addition which will also serve as a "Senior Commons". It was a great day to be in this new space! #KnightsPride

Students on TCHS's Esports Team are hard at practice. The team currently plays Valorant, Overwatch 2, Apex Legends, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Mariokart 8, Fortnite, and Marvel Rivals. Students are learning the importance of teamwork and the technical ins and outs of their specific games. #KnightsPride

Reminder: All Tyler County Schools will dismiss early today (10/10/25), and will be closed for students on Monday, October 13.

Tyler Consolidated High School is in the process of collecting memorabilia and photos from Sistersville High School, Tyler County High School, and Tyler Consolidated High School.

As part of the new addition, we want to honor and highlight the history of our schools while celebrating the legacy of the past and the pride of Tyler Consolidated through the years.

Memorabilia will be displayed in the new trophy cases, and photos will be featured on a digital display above the cases.

"Take a stance with Lance!" is displayed on a billboard for all our community to see!
