Over the last week, Mrs. Jones freshman health classes have been discussing recognizing signals of stress, stress management skills, and different coping strategies. Today we took a break to make cloud dough using cornstarch and hair conditioner. While it's important to recognize their own stress management skills, It's just as important to teach them different ways to manage stress. Cloud dough is a great tool to fidget with, manipulate, and press for stress! All the students did a great job making this today. #KnightsPride
